Elder Torres, Elder Doig and I dropping off some food. |
We have like a half new zone, so we are excited to meet everyone! We have been super busy as of late up here. Lot's of work to do, appointments every night, lot's of people starting to progress! We are loving it and are shooting for a few baptisms by the end of this transfer. The work is moving along!
Sunset over the mountains. |
Elder Doig, our new companion, is loving it up here. He is a somewhat new missionary (we're not training him), and so he is learning to get out of his comfort zone recently.
One thing I learned this last week is that any progression is good progression! Whether it be with investigators, other missionaries, or even ourselves, if we are getting better than we are progressing. We won't be perfect in this life, but we can be perfect in trying!
Elder Torres cut his finger on a broken piece of ceramic sticking out of a trash can while biking . Hopefully he doesn't have HIV now. He's kind of a baby about it. #lol |
Loving it out here. Hope everyone has a great week!
